I'm Correy, a former Meta data engineer with 10+ years building measurement systems, metric frameworks, and analytics infrastructure for products at very different scales.
I started as a database developer supporting reporting and compliance for K–12 school districts, built analytics platforms at PokerStars, and then spent six years at Meta building KPI frameworks, metric governance, semantic layers, and data quality standards for wearables.
Then I started working with startups and SMBs, and I kept seeing the same pattern: teams have data, but it's not usable. The numbers aren't trusted. The pipelines are slow or break, so everyone falls back to spreadsheets and instinct.
The problems are familiar. The scale is smaller. The solutions need to be faster, simpler, and sized for reality.

Meta (2020–2026)
Data Engineer, Product Analytics. Owned product measurement strategy and executive reporting for Meta's wearables products.
Architected measurement frameworks used across 10+ teams and 100+ engineers. Owned a 2-year, 30-metric executive review process governing go/no-go decisions and roadmap prioritization for 100+ engineers.
Built semantic layers and canonical data models for cross-device analytics. Improved notification delivery reliability from 50% to 95% through systematic instrumentation and metric design. Established analytics code quality standards that cut review time by 15% and rollbacks by 30%.
Served as reviewer and gatekeeper for critical metric definitions before executive reviews and major launches. Deep-dive analysis exposed quality gaps that influenced VP decisions to delay launches until foundations were solid.
PokerStars (2017–2020)
Poker Data Specialist. Built end-to-end analytics platform for a VR poker product from scratch: API ingestion, Postgres warehouse, and Flask/Dash dashboards.
Owned promotional and marketing performance analytics. Built retention models that guided quarterly variant launches. Analysis led to sunsetting underperforming games while identifying successful variants adopted into the core catalog.
Eliminated 500+ hours of annual manual work through Python automation, including tournament configuration generators and scheduled executive reporting pipelines.
Focus School Software (2014–2017)
Database Developer. Owned reporting and analytics solutions supporting K-12 school districts. Led design of statewide immunization compliance analytics systems for Florida and Texas, supporting regulatory reporting, audits, and executive oversight.
